Terms of Service

The rules for using PakLeap.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Draft: this document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be confirmed before it is relied on.

By creating a School account or signing in to PakLeap you agree to these terms. If you use PakLeap through a School, the School's own rules also apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Keep your password private and tell your School at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Schools are responsible for the accounts they create and for removing access when someone leaves.

Do not try to access another School's data, bypass security or role limits, upload unlawful or harmful material, harass others, or overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The School owns the records and content it puts into PakLeap and gives us permission to store and process them to provide the service. Teachers who upload lessons confirm they have the right to share them with their students.

Paid plans are charged in Pakistani rupees as shown on the pricing page or agreed with the School. We tell Schools before a price changes. Unpaid accounts may be limited after notice.

We work to keep PakLeap available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect a School.

To the extent the law allows, PakLeap is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

A School may close its account at any time; we may end access for serious or repeated breaches. Questions about these terms: support@pakleap.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
