Free school website
Setup guide in Urdu and English
Set up your school website in about 10 minutes
Free for every school. No developer, no hosting, no domain bill.
Every school that registers gets a free, mobile-friendly website. Fill in your details, add a few photos, switch it on and share the link. Parents can then find you, call you, message you on WhatsApp and send admission inquiries.
Before you start
- Use the email address you can open on your phone: we send a verification link there.
- Keep ready: your logo, 2 to 4 landscape photos (up to 3 MB each), the principal's photo and message, and your phone and WhatsApp numbers.
Step by step
Create your website
Open the free websites page and choose "Create your free website". Enter your name, mobile number, email, password and your school's name, type, province and district.
Choose your web address
We suggest an address from your school name, for example green-valley-lahore. Letters, numbers and hyphens only. We tell you straight away if it is taken. You can change it up to 3 times, 30 days apart, and the old address keeps working for 90 days.
Verify your email
Open the email we sent and tap the link. You can fill in your page before verifying, but you can only publish after it.
Fill in your school information
Sign in and open "School info". The more you add, the better your page looks. Empty sections are hidden automatically.
Upload photos
Open "Photos".
- A logo and up to 4 cover photos (the first one is the big picture at the top).
- Up to 12 gallery photos and the principal's photo.
- JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 3 MB each. Photos in good daylight look best.
Add the principal's message, classes and facilities
Open "About & principal". Write a short introduction, the principal's message, the classes you offer and your facilities. You may also add up to 4 numbers to show, such as the teacher-student ratio.
Add videos and links (optional)
Open "Videos & links". Paste YouTube links (the first is shown big) and add up to 4 link buttons, for example your admission form or fee structure. Links must start with https://.
Preview, then turn your website on
Open "Overview". If something is missing, the checklist tells you. When it is ready, press "Publish website". You can switch it off at any time and your content stays saved.
Handle inquiries and share your link
When a parent sends the form, it appears under "Inquiries"; mark it contacted or closed. Share your link in WhatsApp groups and status, on letterheads, admission forms and fee receipts, and in your Facebook and Instagram profiles. You can also list your school in the PakLeap school directory under "Address & settings".

Privacy: your website only shows what you type into it. Student records, fees and attendance are never shown publicly.
Common questions
Does it cost anything?
No. A website is free for every school.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet for free websites. Your address is yourschool on the PakLeap websites domain. Schools that use PakLeap for their whole school can connect their own domain.
What if I do not fill everything in?
That is fine. Empty sections are hidden, and you can add more any time.
My changes are not showing.
Check that your website is switched on, then refresh the page. Changes normally appear within a minute.
Can I switch my website off?
Yes. Press "Switch off" on the overview page. Your content stays saved.
What is the Verified badge?
PakLeap staff add it after checking that the school is genuine. You cannot add it yourself.
Can I get more than a website?
Yes. PakLeap also runs attendance, fees, exams, homework and parent messages for your whole school. Press "I am interested" in your dashboard and our team will contact you.
